Roller

The roller is designed to reduce the friction force when moving the tubing hanger along long horizontal sections of wells in cases where the weight of the tubing is insufficient to move the equipment deeper into the well.

Rollers are installed between the couplings on the body of the tubing during installation of the hanger by the workover crew.

The use of rollers as part of the layout allows you to work in wells with a large horizontal section, as well as significantly reduce friction when lowering and retrieving the tool.
